hurts to stand , sit, laydown have yet to find a position to be in this shits not killing me popping fuckin pain pills using the heat pad and stretching it doing everything they told me to do...this shits horrible and if I don't heal right im seriously fucked we will lose everything and I wont be able to support my family
Back injuries take at least a week to heal proper. You said your going to PT for the next month, so I'm sure they'll get you right so the problem doesn't linger. I'm pretty sure you won't lose your ability to work.

You know what you did to hurt your back in the first place?

just slid the fridge out a bit to get the wifes fuckin cats toy out from behind it nothing I normally 10000 times haven't done np back like popped it felt like didn't even hurt at the time woke up the next morning couldn't even get outta the fuckin bed

This is gonna sound a little ***, but I suggest some yoga. This may sound even gayer but specifically Ddp yoga. You remember the wrestler? He has this man type yoga. Works wonders. I punched my sciatic nerve to my left leg last year. Shit took me down for two weeks. Felt like someone was severing my leg at all times. I could

Scared me cause I was only 27. I started doing that yoga and I have had no trouble since and my ability to bend was tremendous. I'm a big guy and the tricks I could pull on some skeezers after that was quite impressive

Mine's *** and dumb. That's about all I could fit into one post.

My back problems are about mid-back. Hurt it when I was young, working in a print shop, moving a bunch of envelope cases. Now, I can kind of slip every once in a while and the muscle spasms like crazy. Hurts to think about breathing.

Stretching will really help prevent episodes too. My chiropractor said in my case though, wait until the muscle is doing better before stretching. Ice on and off for a few days.

also: envelop and envelope are both right and it confuses me sometimes.

I've hurt my lower back a couple times from either squatting or deadlifting. Really sucks and takes forever to heal 100%. Annoying as ****.
