Is Nagy a Reid mini-me? I can't find any experience outside working for Andy Reid. I don't know much about him. Why is this a better hire than Shurmur, Defillipo or McDaniels? I wonder if the top tier candidates turned the job down.

I want to get excited about this hire, but I don't know his background outside of Andy Reid.

Nagy is great for now and we just need to see how it works from here. I thought Defilippo had the inside track for no good reason beyond personality but am just happy that we got one of the guys I was OK with. Now we need to see who his assistant coaches will be. I wonder if Defilippo would be available as OC. It's an upgrade but I think it can be blocked. Fangio is most likely DC.
