The 'Avon-calling' door-to-door salesperson mom found him alone (in his mini-castle) and brought him back to her suburban town. He was going to start a hair salon to cut hair, but cause he was so weird the towns people chased him out. Also, the beginning and end of the film they indicate it snows because Edward is ice sculpting on the hilltop.

I'll put the next film up for grabs until I learn how to spell.
