Because 4.8 isn't a fact.
He ran a 4.79 at the combine and mid 4.7's on other cannons. Like I said.
But for some reason, you htink a 10th of a second for a TE is a big deal. It's not.
He's considered fast. Really fast for his size.

A 10th of a second at the combine doesn't change my mind. Then again, I actually know football.

Why don't all of these stupid ass teams just look at that? I mean shit, a team could save a lot of money by firing all of their talent evaluators and relying solely on this. Stupid lazy NFL teams.

4.79 is pretty much a 4.8. It's kind of dumb to try and say a tenth of a second doesn't matter as you take issue with one hundredth of a second. But if it makes you feel better, it's a fact he ran a 4.79 which is slow for a TE.
It's a fact his scouting report says he struggled run blocking against D2.
Hope he gets better in those departments. If you can't understand why some people may want to see more from the D2 guy before being sold on him then you don't know football.

Dont much care if he is slow. I care if he can jump, catch and fall forward. He has proven to be mad decent at all of those things. Good luck to the rest of the division competing with him for jump balls.
