I think he can participate in the offseason programs. I wonder how the Loins plan to treat that situation during those programs. Other Wrs should be earning more reps over him to get ready for the first half of the year.

Correct. The actual infraction is not a big deal but it is indicative of how stupid a franchise the Lions are that multiple players and coaches couldnt walk outside the facility to place a bet. Again both things are true.

Dont know. Maybe that is a question the dummies should have asked before gambling at team facilities. Is the below confusing?
