That's because Deng is gone and Boozer is about to get amnestied because he hasn't lived up to his contract.
Gar was not including Deng's name in the core when Deng was still here. This was almost two season's ago.

I'm attempting to teach you something, man. Stop looking to argue about everything.

You don't say things like that about a guy (Boozer) who gets benched for playing lackadaisical defense. The comment was a compliment and recognition for the leaders of the team.
Pax mentioned Rose & Noah because they are the core to his Bulls team for the foreseeable future.

If Paxson is as professional as you say, he won't foolishly ignore offers for a player on a team that's been heading in the wrong direction for three years straight. It's about business, nothing more, nothing less.
Pax has learned from his mistakes.

Like he said in his press conference, SUPERSTARS win in this league. He finally realizes that the Bulls need multiple offensive stars to beat Miami & OKC, especially now with Rose coming off of two season-ending knee injuries.

I've given you numerous reasons why it makes sense to trade Noah. You have yet to give me one reason why you disagree with my position. Telling me over and over again that Noah is a core player means absolutely nothing. He is not the franchise player, is not even a top 5 player at his position at this point. If you think Paxson is going to ignore all that and the plantar fasciitus when contemplating trade offers, you're wrong.

You have yet to make one thread or post I agree with. In fact, of the regulars who post on this board, I value your opinions THE LEAST. So if I were you, I would stop trying to teach things to people who post here and start listening to what they have to say. Then maybe YOU'LL learn something.

I did give you reasons the other day.

1) He's a top 3 NBA center in many people's opinion

2) He's on a bargain contract

3) Paxson & Gar believe that he's a part of the Bulls core with Rose & Thibs

That's because you hold grudges. You're upset that you came out on the short end of our past debates.

Now that I think back, you used to "thank" my posts before I disagreed with you on other issues. You then began to view me as an enemy.

It's only a message board...lol. I argue with some posters about politics, then turn around to agree with them on the Bears board. No reason to hold grudges.

In fact, of the regulars who post on this board, I value your opinions THE LEAST.
My feelings are hurt.

So if I were you, I would stop trying to teach things to people who post here and start listening to what they have to say. Then maybe YOU'LL learn something.
I have learned things from some posters here. If those posters were the dominating voices here, maybe this board would be more active.

Sorry, Noah is a top 4 center in this league, as far as I'm concerned he's just as important as Rose at this point.

Centers I would rather have over Joakim...Not in any particular order...

Dwight Howard
Andre Drummond
Demarcus Cousins
Roy Hibbert

Joakim is #5.

That's not about performance right now but rather value. A younger Andre Drummond and Demarcus Cousins is much more valuable in a trade than Joakim at this point.

Do you genuinely think that Drummond or Cousins are available?

Marc Gasol and Al Horford are better than Noah too.

He's not saying they're available, just that they have more trade value at this point.

Noah is not all that talented or athletic. Dude has the heart of a lion though, a rare quality you don't find in many athletes these days.

Where did I say that exactly? Read.

I forgot about Marc Gasol. I still like Noah over Horford.

Marc Gasol
Dwight Howard
Andre Drummond
Demarcus Cousins
Roy Hibbert

That puts Joakim at #6 in the league.

Drummod is not better than Noah......his FT shooting is brutal @ 37% thats the worst FT% ive ever seen

Roy Hibbert is arguable...obviously if im going against miami im taking hibbert 10/10 times but if Hibbert isnt playing miami his numbers are less than spectacular...although he does have a huge impact on defense

i would trade noah for the right deal

but i think the FO has him part of the core going forward....i remember somebody telling me how much the FO loved Noah and would never trade him

yeah that was before Rose blew out his knees but i still think they feel that way

Noah represents everything they want the Bulls to be about

I never said Noah was better than Drummond. Drummond's value is HIGHER than Noah's due to his age, performance and potential. You would be crazy not to take Drummond over Noah for the long run.

The only issue I have with Noah is his chronic foot issues. Other then that I wouldn't trade him for a bunch of protected Draft picks. Doesn't his injury history bother anyone?
