But you fail to realize that crazy or not I'm pretty sure Kim Jong Il realizes he nukes someone the US likes, he'd dead. Not figurative, no literally we will crush him and his country. So with that he won't launch. The only people I fear ever getting a nuke are terrorist factions that are not linked to a government. They have nothing to lose, they like dying and seeing virgins. No government will ever launch a nuke in anger ever again. They deterrents but even with that they are useless items.

Exactly, insane or not, The leaders like their comfy lifestyle. Its not like Jonger is a terrorist willing to strap the nuke to himself and detonate it.

Also, insanity along with terrorism can be relative terms. Alot of people inside and outside the country thought and still think Bush is insane, just like a bunch of islamic fundies dont think bin laden and his homies are terrorists they are "freedom fighters".



Plenty of American patriots were terrorists by definition in the revolutionary war and objectively you cant say any different, it doesnt matter whos "right or wrong" as that is also simply perspective. Not true - I can reply to any post. I just can't use the PM function. Not sure why that is considering I never used it in the first place other than one time back in the summer to ask BHP to do some video work for me. The only reason I can think of is there was an irrational fear that if I was allowed back on the board I would somehow use the PM function to cuss out RK for banning me. Whatever.

I really don't disagree with any of the points being made here and I think everyone is pretty much on the same page. The only thing we seem to see a little differently is the threat posed by North Korea. Some see it as nothing but a guy with twigs and stones but I believe it needs to be taken seriously as we are doing.

Take him serious only to the point that if he blinks wrong we crush him. NK military poses next to no challenge to our military. If war was an Olympic sport America would win gold every time. Swear to god we just need to take over the world...cuz we can.

as far as i remember the explosion was from the detonating charges, but Fission (or fusion?) was never achieved.

Fluffy, I served a year in Korea as an Intelligence analyst in the army, I have the DD214 to fucking prove it. KN is not a threat, they have no nukes, they are being watched night and day. They want shit and are throwing a tantrum like a kid; best way to deal with it is to ignore them.
