The unknown for now is how much the salary cap limit will be for next season. It is possible it could go up to $72 million which would enable the Hawks to have roughly $10 million in available cap space without trading Hjalmarsson.

Joe, have you considered possibly that you are misplacing your anger at Bowman when it ought to be aimed at Q? This season will be more so his roster this year than any other year prior. Seeing the guys Bowman has signed the past few offseasons (all that gritz/board battlez guyz), doesn't it seem that Oduya is more of a Q guy as opposed to a Bowman guy?

There was some big incident involving a bunch of Hawks, Fleury included, at some strip club in Columbus, right? I think this was in the 2002-03 season, one year after they'd made a surprise run to the playoffs.
