And yet most of the stuff he said in that video clip is spot on

Except he is wrong. His argument is they dont spend money when in fact they have been spending money.

Their issue is the people they have hired on the football side have not produced consistent success but they have most certainly spent money.

Further this franchise really has failed because of franchise altering decisions like Trubisky over Mahomes and Watson. Dont think the McCaskeys had anything to do with that decision beyond hiring Pace but it is tenuous to argue they could someone know Pace would **** that decision up.

I was told by someone on here Payne isn’t a very good run defender??

He hasnt been the past 2 years but still better tham Jones. Was a better run defender his first 2 years and that may be down to him playing more NT (1T and 0T) than 3T the past couple of years. Allen is mainly the weakside DT.

Barkely is a free agent and Giants havent franchise tagged him yet nor has he accepted so he cant be traded yet. And if Giants use tag on Jones then Barkley would be a FA.

Think officially around 2014 or 2015 but it was rebranding years ago and became essentially and overflow or cheap alternative for BahaMar on the Cable Beach strip.
I imagine I’ll have to go back down sometime. It’s been so long. For a period of about 4 years, I was there once every 12 weeks for 4 days. Met Hank Greenberg at the SB event for the Giants vs Ravens game. They did a squares game with a buy-in of $1,000 per square. At every score, someone won money. So if you had 0-0 as a square, you won money immediately.

Time to sign Mooney.
I think it would be a good comp for Mooney so it's something to pay attention to. Last year most people thought that Christian Kirk at $18M per season was a serious overpay. Personally, I can't see paying Meyers more than that, but with the lack of free-agent wide receivers this year, who knows? I always thought that Kirk was a solid number 2 but I see Meyers, and Mooney for that matter, as more of a high-quality 3 that have the potential to develop into a number 2. That's not intended to be a knock at either Mooney or Meyers both are good receivers, they just don't demand a defense to roll coverage toward them

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bears
Time to sign Mooney.
Yep, with the inflated FA prices for WR and the overall lack of difference makers, wait or sit out FA for a WR and look to the draft or trade for the solution at that position.
