Plenty of players accumulate lots of numbers while sucking. Happens all the time.

I can prove Chase Claypool fucking sucks. Go back to last season and watch him fail to even make a slight impact on games. And don't even try and blame Justin Fields, you're also one of these clowns that thinks Fields just didn't have enough help.Translation - You are full of shit and made something up you cant prove beyond because you said so.
He wasn’t awful. He just wasn’t elite. But yes keep caping for PaceBad draft picks happen. Comes with the territory that scouting college players to play in the pros is an inexact science. The contract benefits and amount of team control the NFL affords the franchise who drafts a player makes it worth the risk. There are occasional times where a pick is an obvious blunder, but faulting GM's for draft misses is silly. Mitch Trubisky failed but Justin Herbert and Josh Allen didn't? Could anyone really explain how that happened just from their prospect profiles? I'm sure some people claim to, but they'd be lying.
What is bad about the Chase Claypool trade is that you know Chase Claypool sucks. He had been awful for the Steelers the entire season prior and the entire 2022 season until the point of his trade. That should be all the information you'd need to know he stinks.
He’s a mental midget that would throw up gang signs while his team was getting routed. He was never going to be a difference maker in the NFL no matter what organization he was in. He’s simply too immature, can’t run a route to save his life and has bad hands.I maintain that Anthony Miller would have been a good NFL WR had he been drafted to a pass happy team. Like put him in KC 4 years ago and I think his career is much better and he's getting paid a ton on a 2nd contract by now.
SarcasmYeah, he killed it with *checks notes* 7 receptions for 76 yards while catching 41% of his targets.

Do you have any clue what the dolphins did with those picks?Oh the Greg Olsen trade was worse. Good call on that.
The others were not as bad. The Niners actually made a great trade to get Trey Lance (those picks they gave up wound up being late round selections), they just didn't make the correct selection with the pick.
Who was that crazy mofo who posts on this board that these dudes sound like? I swear, there’s a dude on the board, probably a commie, who has been mocking him to the bears since early November.
Monty lucky is currently trashing Claypool while simultaneously defending Anthony Miller. AmazingDid those other guys have a QB that throws for 150 yards and who they only played 100 snaps with?
Believe he traded up for Miller.

Says Claypool and his 860 yards in 15 games sucked but Miller having 485 yards in 16 games in his last year in Chicago was a future stay if only the Chiefs drafted him.
I fear he has fallen to Vortex Derangement Syndrome.
Quite amazing when you think about it.
I mean, Tyreke Hill and Antonio Brown are 2 of the most productive and stupid WRs of all time. He’s a mental midget that would throw up gang signs while his team was getting routed. Yes, I'm aware. Hence the sarcasm in my comment that he "killed it"Sarcasm
That’s true. But they could run routes and actually catch the ball. I admit, I was thrilled when Miller was drafted. But he just never mentally developed. You could say he was a very talented and promising receiver in the 2018 draft. He just couldn’t turn that cornerI mean, Tyreke Hill and Antonio Brown are 2 of the most productive and stupid WRs of all time.
Agreed. I loved the bold move to trade back into the 2nd for him. And after his rookie year, he looked like he might be a "thing" but then the offense/QB/playcaller went down the drain. Miller still had his moments. His route running was fine when he knew what the actual play was. LOLThat’s true. But they could run routes and actually catch the ball. Some analysts did compare him to Antonio Brown.Agreed. I loved the bold move to trade back into the 2nd for him.
