Would probably mean the Bears trade with Indy then and three QBs go 1,2,3.

If the Bears walk out of the draft with Anderson at 4 AND an extra 1st next year I’m gonna need some new towels.
Then I hope someone trades up with Seattle for Levis, and the Lions take Carter. If not, maybe the Lions can trade down from 6.

People need to understand that there is a very real possibility that teams trade up but not all the way to 1. The asking price is much lower and teams could fall in love with QBs other than Bryce Young.

Not saying there is no market for a trade up to 1. But it's possible that Poles does not like the value he is offered and stays put and takes Anderson. Would not be the worst thing in the world but I feel like people here would be very disappointed.

A week or so ago people were saying that actually it is not so unrealistic to think the Bears get second and twelfth from the Texans for first overall. I think that's ultimately what happens and the Bears trade down again from second overall to fourth or ninth or wherever the best deal is.

But that's it. I think everyone else remains content to sit where they are for quarterbacks and let the chips fall as they may. I don't see Arizona being able to move off third unless they sell it for cheap, and they are probably happy enough with Will Anderson Jr. there to not want to trade down unless its for a haul.

The threat isn't the Texans picking their preferred QB at 2, it is someone else trading up to the pick that is knowingly for sale.

Doesn't have to be Bryce Young. If Indy thinks Stroud can deliver them a Superbowl, and are afraid Carolina could trade to 3 or higher for him, then they may need to go to 1 just to make sure the QB they identified as the future of the team doesn't end up somewhere else. If the plan/hope is to never draft in the top ten ever again, then now is the time to make the move on a top QB while the team has the ammo to move up.

I can imagine them smacking each other in the head to get ready for violence. I would love two bullies on the right.
Get my guy Cody Mauch for LG and a new C and we good.

I'm wondering if there really is a chance that the Bears trade back twice and go from 1->2->9?

You're not getting a second and a twelve from Houston to move up one spot.
