He's a solid back, not amazing, but he does everything pretty well which is rare in todays NFL. Not a shocker the chiefs have been linked to him.

Agree here. Poles, if he likes his job security, needs to invest in tackle and center. RT and C looked hopeless more often than not last year.

That's kind of been the Eberflus way. IDK if they had injuries but Al Quaddin Muhammad played 700 snaps in 2021, but the previous years the Colts D had 3-4 guys between 400 and 600 snaps each year. Can't say it had huge success, even though they were mostly top 10 defenses. They didn't get a ton of sack production out of their DEs. But it did work a lot better when they got their stud 3-tech (Buckner).
