Denver also has the edge over the Bears......remaining opponents:

Ravens
Chiefs
Cardinals
Rams
Chiefs
Chargers

so even if LA was to beat the Broncos, it only means Denver slides up to the number 2 position, which is owned by Seattle.
Yes, I know. Same as before, this is speculation based on the Bears getting the #2 pick.

Everyone knows the scenarios.

It's not their current draft position because the bye week is a given.

It is their current position because they have a lower win % right now and there are games to be played before the bye week. This is such a stupid point to make. It will be updated once the bye arrives and if the Rams and Bear end up with the same record.

Probably because that is their current draft position. Don't think he is trying to make predications based on your guarantees. When the Bears draft position drops then guess what he can change it.

This is hard for some people to understand. Please forgive them

"Significant" is not a good sign. Such a shame because he was having a great redemption season. Bummer that he will likely not be the same player by the time we field an NFL caliber defense.
I was hoping he was going to be traded this off-season. Not happening now

Why not also start a thread about "if pigs could fly", because right now the Bears chances of having the 2nd overall pick are about the same as the Lions chances of making the playoffs.

This is a news thread. People post what news is being reported and multiple outlets are reporting on the fact the Bears currently have the 2nd pick.

Feel free to start your own thread with your predictions but I suspect no one gives a shit about them.

He’ll make a prediction, be wrong, and then hide for a couple of months

Jimmy G is also a FA,
There is a chance ARod wants a trade, etc.
LA Rams are actually above you in draft order if not for the missing bye week.
Sean Mcvay is considering shutting done Stafford,Kupp, and Aaron Donald. Add to that Ashon Robinson and Allen Robinson are out for season for sure. I do not see them anymore likely to win a game than the Bears, and in all likely hood each team wins one, thus keeping the Rams ahead of the Bears.
I'm curious, who do you see the Bears beating with a defense allowing 35 points per game and now without arguably it's best player (EJax)? The Packers, Bills, Eagles, Lions or Vikings?
