Willis looks awful. A couple of splash plays but a bunch of really inaccurate throws.
Ridder's ceiling is low because of his issues throwing intermediate to deep. He'll be a good backup in the league.

It may be only the preseason but the Bears led the NFC with 6 td passes 3 by Fields, and he had a QB rating of 135.6 I believe.
I disagree, think they could both develop given time. Just my opinion.
