My favorite teams
  1. Los Angeles Lakers
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Los Angeles Kings
  1. Clemson Tigers
Pete Carroll, Bill Belicheck, Andy Reid, Bruce Arians (not fired though, stepped down).

How long have you been following football?
So 3 outliers including the biggest unicorn in NFL history, and somebody who was never fired? I would much rather take my chances on a young guy.

It is not too late to delete this question.

This question exploded in your face like a pornstar at a bukkake.
Source? Thought you were smart enough to know outliers aren’t the base rate but here we are.

His 10 followers are probably all members from this board. A guy with his character probably blocks sex blocks.
He actually used to have a huge following. IDK what happened to his account. He was gone for a couple years and just popped back up. I think Bears football did him in like many other fans.

Although his defenses sucked in Atlanta, he was a great DC with Seattle and Dallas. So maybe in Atlanta he just didn't have the talent or he was spread too thin. Starting to warm up with the idea. I saw a video of Skip Bayless saying he wish his Cowboys fired McCarthy and just promoted Quinn

I have seen tweets here from BearGogglesOn, but know little to nothing about their credibility.

Can anyone shed any light on that?

Compared to others it seems like guessing and/ore speculation. Is that accurate?

I answered your question - if you were trying to make some kind of point with that, it failed. You missed a few of the top coaches in the game over the last decade plus.

I don't know why people want to limit their idea of what is acceptable - first time, has experience, defense, offense, etc - there is no specific model for success. Many of the first time coaches who have been successful over the long term - Tomlin, Harbaugh, Payton - have done so within a stable organizational framework with good ownership.

The answer maybe you were looking for is that the majority - great majority - of coaches fail, first, second, or third time. It's a crap shoot with bad odds, especially when your owners are bad. One thing is certain, and that is that no coach succeeds without good players. The GM is the more important hire imo.
