Same thing they always do.

For two guys who aren't football guys, wouldn't you want to hire the most experienced guy possible, not a newcomer to the job?

Bears logic, keep doing the same thing expecting different results.

Yet Bears fans whine that we hired Fox and interviewed Caldwell.

So it probably comes to if Poles prefers us or Vikings. If he chooses then bears would go with wolf. Gunna be a fun week!

So are the Bears no longer racist now that they’re hiring Poles?

Tanesha needs to gives Poles Pole a happy ending so he doesn’t go to the Vikings. Otherwise it’s ultimate nepotism hire in Wolf.

Honest question

Who can point to a recent or current NFL coach that was significantly or meaningfully more successful their second time around compared to their first when they got shit canned?

Pete Carroll, Bill Belicheck, Andy Reid, Bruce Arians (not fired though, stepped down).

How long have you been following football?

It is not too late to delete this question.

This question exploded in your face like a pornstar at a bukkake.

So prior experience only matters for a GM? Talk about pulling criteria outta your ass.
Never said prior experience only matters so stop pulling conclusions out of YOUR ass.

And no it's not the only criteria for success but it sure helps when you're not "football guys" as an owner and team President.
