Flores is a damn good coach I’m shocked by that firing. Add him to our list I’d put him right behind Harbaugh of available choices. (I don’t count oayton or Tomlin pipe dreams)

I'm honestly shocked to see Flores was fired. Like you said, he's a damn good coach. I can't think of a coach in the league who did more with less than Flores in Miami.
