Hes decided Dodds and Smith are the only good options regardless of any evidence presented. All these interviews are only wasting time?

You can add whomever Harbaugh would want to this list.

I responded on topic to a post made at 12:59pm today. If people continue to wish to talk about this I will respond. Your whining contributes nothing to the thread so perhaps you should STFU or go tell the people still posting about this like Stelz to STFU. Thanks in advance.
Leftwich would be as bad a HC as he was a QB. He is almost as bad a choice as McDaniel.

I have zero faith in the group doing the hiring. It consists of George and Ted who are both consistently incompetent, an event planner, the guy psychologist, and an ancient Bill Polian who hasn’t made an NFL decision in over 10 years!

I am not saying that some of these candidates can’t be diamonds in the rough, I just have no faith in this group to pick out that person.

This is why I prefer them to hire the known name. Better chance of success.

Not sold on that guy to be honest. The Colts are the only team that has fucked up QB worse than us. I still thank God they beat out Pace for Wentz.

Aside from that it seems most of the Colts draft successes have come on D where I would prefer someone with a strong track record drafting O talent particularly at WR. I suppose their OL picks have been solid but Nelson was a bit of a no brainer.
When your franchise QB decides to shock the world and retire before he's 30 then that kind of throws your QB plan out of whack.

Eh they have had 3 years to find a solution and failed miserably at it thus far.

He is a wildcard to me. Any concerns with the influence of Arians/Brady?

I think Arians letting him run things and call plays says a lot, but not sure how much success is in the hands of Brady and those skill position players (although they are injured and still playing well with Brady).

As has been stated earlier he also was running thing when Winston was QB. That offense was explosive but Winston was constantly throwing ints. Leftwich then changed his offense to Bradys needs. Dude knows offense, my only concern is how much of a leader can he be and his staff assembly
