Yeah, focus on OKC, who hasn't won a WCF yet, quit focusing on the Heat, who just whipped the Bulls asses in the ECF last season??? Okay.

You must be smoking that shit...

And even before focusing on the Heat the Bulls need to focus on beating any .500+ team consistantly. Our record against those teams isn't too pretty.

Sure, we may be the dominators of bad teams but last time I checked there wasn't too many of those in the playoffs.

Ummm the Heat couldn't beat top 8 NBA teams last regular season and made the finals. I wouldn't worry about the Bulls record as of late with a beat up squad

Yeah, the Heat did. We didn't.

We struggled against every team in the playoffs last year so you might want to worry just a little bit.

We barely beat Indiana in 7 games even with the officials on our side that series. Indiana got better this year.

We struggled to beat Atlanta. Don't think they have improved this year. They are one of the few teams I would want to play in the first round. Them, Boston, and maybe Orlando.

We were made complete fools of by Miami. They...wait for it....also got much better.

And I haven't even mentioned Philly, even though they are on a slump right now.

We Can't use the injury excuse when most of the teams we beat have had just as many injuries. And don't try to use Boston as a great team we beat when they were at full strenghth.

You can't count beating Boston as beating a .500+ team just because they just happened to be over .500 for one week when we played them. They have been under .500 just about the whole season except for their one little hot streak.

We beat them once and lost to them once in a week where they lost to Detroit twice. So I wouldn't hang the Championship banner just yet.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
How many teams are missing their best player though? We've been missing Rose and Hamilton (and Deng for a few as well) for long stretches of time and have still managed to get the top record in the East. How many other teams can say that? Hornets haven't had Eric Gordon all season and look at what a mess they are (not that they'd be amazing or anything but you know they wouldn't be quite as bad).

We have replacements for any player we lose. We are deep enough to lose Rose the whole season and still be a playoff team. You could take away any player on this team (other than Rose) and we would still be a top 3 team in the east.

Sure, we didn't have Rose but all we have been playing are bad teams. I think we have only beat one playoff team since early January.

So like I said, we are the dominators of bad teams. The Nets haven't had Brook Lopez all season and I don't hear them making excuses. We are a great regular season team.

We are built to beat any team on any night. But when it comes to the playoffs and you have to play teams up to 7 times that is where we struggle. Not saying we won't make the Finals or even possibly a title but don't act like its a cake walk and there is no reason to worry.

Unfortunately they don't hand out trophies for regular season champions. Oh and you might want to check the standings. We arent in first.

Never did I say that it would be a cakewalk or that we wouldn't struggle in the playoffs. All I was saying is that you can't just write off our injury struggles just because other teams have had injuries too. Other teams aren't missing 2 or sometimes 3 of their top scoring options for most of the season.

And yeah we're not first anymore because we lost to the Nets, but we were before. Same number of wins, one more loss. Big freaking deal. Heat are fully healthy too.

Since January against teams that would make the playoffs today:
@Lac - W
Mem - W
Atl - W
@Orl - W
@Atl - L
@Bos - W
@Mem - L (No Rose)
Ind - L (No Deng, Gibson)
@Mia - L (No Deng, Watson)
@Phi - L (No, Deng)
@Nyk - W (No Deng, Before Lin)
@Bos - L (No Rose)
Bos - W (No Rose)
Rip has missed all of these games except Indy and Miami.

You and Prope agree greatly on this. Based on how we played last year, I would agree on this as well. However, the beast in the playoffs has yet to be determined. They say experience is an factor in playoff runs, we'll see. I don't think we'll be able to beat Miami again either, but again anything can happen. But conventional wisdom and the fact the Heat are better than last year and they themselves have more experience playing together helps them in my opinion more so than the Bulls so called "growing pains" they have as a team.

That's too much nonsense to respond to by phone. Fact is, being worried bc weve lost to elite teams(and just barely) is dumb and I gave you that Heat fact that shows you it's meaningless. It doesn't matter. What i said is right and your ranting about losing to eliye teams means nothing. And if you think that we barely beat the Pacers than the Heat barely beat the bulls. Also I said nothing about Boston so whys more meaningless garbage you didn't need to spew

And no, everyone can't use the injury excuse. Rose and Deng and Hamilton "the missing piece" never plays.

I'd you're scared, buy a dog. Bulls vs heat in ECF. Book it.

What the **** are you talking about? The Bulls almost swept the Pacers... Chicago won the series 4-1, and Indy won the 4th game, at home. They showed more life than most expected, but the Pacers were never threatening the Bulls in that playoff series.

They did have their most lopsided win of their 10 win season thus far against us.

Williams went nuts against the Knicks though. If he didn't foul out he might've dropped 50 on them. And the Knicks couldn't shoot for crap. Or get rebounds in the 4th.

Oh...and holla at me when Durant can guard Dwight Howard in the post...

As if you would ever see LeBron James guarding Dwight Howard in the post. If that has ever happened, LeBron was screaming for help. Don't pretend like it is outrageous to claim Durant is the MVP this season.
