I don't want anyone of those guys, but it's apparent that impatient fans are bringing pitchforks and torches to the Berto Center until the Bulls make a bonehead move.

It's just fear because the Heat signed the great Shane Battier. Now they are expecting the Bulls to make a knee jerk signing because of that.

No, it's Bulls fans wanting something better than Bogans at the 2.

I don't want a stupid move, but I do want something to happen. Teams are getting better around the Bulls and they are doing nothing.

The Heat perimeter defense is going to be insane.

Teams are looking decent on paper, that's it. I see a few signings but nothing that should fear Bulls players in my eyes. But it's fans wanting the Bulls to join the arms race just because everyone else is doing it.

its not fans wanting deals to get done. it's the bulls needing to get deals done.

we're falling behind a little and need to catch up

Falling behind who? The suns signing Shannon Brown? The Knicks bringing in Tyson Chandler? I don't honestly see how the team is falling behind but ok. Thats how most see it.

You can't sit here and say you don't want a bonehead move & then agree that Bulls need to make a deal just to "catch up" with other teams. That I believe is the criteria of making a bonehead move.

The Heat got better (they beat the Bulls in the ECF, you know?)

The Knicks got better (they won the season series against the Bulls last year)

The C's got a little better.

But no, we're good with Bogans.

knicks bringing in Chandler is huge. They now have a legit C so Amare can play PF full time.. he also brings D. They've got plans to bring in Baron Davis too if he is cut.

We were already behind the heat. By bringing in Battier, we fell further behind. not a huge move by them, but it makes a big difference when they play us. That's one more defender on rose they can use.

Nets are trying to sign Nene and trade for Howard.

The Knicks starting five could be the best in the East.

Davis, Fields, Melo, Amare, Chandler.... WOW.

The Heat still need their king to show up consistently in the playoffs, and be the champion he pretends to be.

The Knicks lost Billups which is huge to me because he was good on both sides of the ball and he was a player coach for them. They beat us pre Melo and they were better and deeper then in my opinion.

The C's to me won't improve until they get a Center.

The Bulls will improve with a year under their belt. We shouldn't jump to conclusions over one season.

:obama:

So the Knicks won the season series = better than Bulls. Right.

The C's got Brandon Bass. I'm shaking.

And the Heat got Battier. I forgot that he is the savior.

No one is saying we should stand pat with Bogans. But Bulls going after best 2-guard available in S&T is bonehead apparently so who should they go after? Adam Morrison? Von Wafer? Arenas?

Didnt the Bulls sweep the Heat in the regular season then proceed to lose 4-1 to the Heat in the Conference Finals? So what if the Knicks won 3-1 in the series, in which 2 games they shot a ridiculous percentage from downtown.

Brandon Bass basically replaces Glen Davis for the Celtics. They still have 3 very aging players and a point guard who can't shoot threes.

Battier improves the Heat defense, something they were already pretty good at. Does it make Miami better? Yes. But they still have a gaping hole at center (Unless Eddy Curry returns to his...umm..1st quarter 2004-2005 role).

The Bulls will sign one of these free agents at 2-guard. That said, I dont know what other moves they make since they appear to have kept Bogans for now.

Edit: I know I quoted you, but its to add on to what you said.

The Knicks need more than Chandler to play defense in order for them to be successful defensively. Melo and the crew gonna beat off the dribble on a nightly basis putting Chandler in foul trouble.

I think Baron would try going back to an LA team before New York.

The Heat, I guess, they did defeat us.

When Sterling brought in those "escorts" to check out the wangs in the locker-room, Davis just stopped giving a shit.
