They stay juicier and don't burst. 30 minutes off heat then finish them over the fire.

I've never had the issue.

I had that issue once. It was more my fault because I didn't prick them properly. I saw Steven Raichlen do it on his cooking show on PBS.

40 jewel pub burgers that I paid $1 each for, 24 vienna hot dogs, 2 lbs oscar meyer thick cut bacon made in oven and being warmed in foil
If the propane grill broke use it as a charcoal grill. I got two more years out of a grill that wayJust thought I'd say that I've finally gotten to handle some grilling myself for some friends when they've had informal BBQs. Haven't had a colossal failure yet so yay!
So far just simple stuff like burgers, brats, and hot dogs. Did a couple pieces of chicken as well and found it to be quite a bit trickier...though it may have been to it being covered in some sort of chipotle sauce (someone else brought it). Still turned out ok though.
Trying to convince my parents to get a charcoal grill over a propane one since our grill recently broke...good idea or no?
Peel stalk but do not remove..remove silk...push. back stalkWhat's the best way to grill corn? In the husk or in foil?
