Today, the girl of my dreams said yes when I asked her out. Our conversation afterward consisted of her telling me "no one can know" and saying she doesn't want to do things normal couples do. I'm basically in the deepest level of the "friendzone": the friendzoned boyfriend. FML

Scored an unopened copy of In Through the Out Door still in the brown paper sleeve with the stamp on the cover. I guess it's not such a bad thing with tons of baby boomers being total pack rats.

I was driving around my neighborhood this weekend and was surprised at how many people still have their Christmas lights lit up. One house had their entire front yard filled with the big inflatable decorations. At least 2 houses still had their trees lit up in a window.

I had my stuff down by Jan 1. The lights are still on the gutters but I unplugged them at least.

I had the same thought but didn't post.... usually people just accuse me of being a Scrooge or something lol.... but several houses by me have lights and stuff up.... even a couple restaurants still have lights up.... wtf... take that shit down already....
