That’s the rule.

e. A rushing defender is prohibited from forcibly hitting in the knee area or below a passer who has one or both feet on the ground, even if the initial contact is above the knee.

The medical substitutions seem really suspicious. I could see if they were visibly observable.

But you can launch yourself at a QB with a knee down? Good to know.
That’s a Judgement call I guess. The other one it’s in the rules.

Oh he filled it alright. With turds. He should have just went to a Walmart and waved a few benny's around. Would have gotten the same quality of players.

Do you know what the word forcibly means? You seem to be very conveniently skipping over it.

You missed the point. They didn’t call a hit on our quarterback after he was down and was 100% worse than the touch on Mariota. Or did you missed that call like the refs?

They've removed multiple players from the field of play today, so it was flags last week, this week it's flags and removing players ...

What a great judgement by Eberflus and Getsby not open playbook second half. We need those awesome plays next year when 120 millions more money allowed to use and 7 draft picks. What a future we have! Im so hyped.

No return chances for vjj after the first because the falcons are smarter than the bears who kick to Patterson every time.

"Forcibly", your own post negates your argument troll
