As bad as the last sequence was to end the half, I have to give Flus credit for another ILB interception. I've been really critical of the decisions at LB from this staff and have egg on my face from the performanes this 2nd half of the season.

Flus said he wanted more plays on the ball from his LBs and with that last INT, Edmunds and Edwards have a combined 7 INTs this season.

I only see what's on tv. I don't go back and disect tape. So I don't know if the reason the Bears can't or won't throw quick passes in the middle of the field is they're just not open, Getsy just doesn't call them, or Fields can't make those quick throws. IMO...that is the main problem that needs to be corrected.

Getsy doesnt call a lot because Fields doesnt like to throw it so far in his NFL career. Bears will run mesh at 5-6 yards deep and then a deep dig behind a Go at 20 yards, they almost never run anything attacking the middle between those 2 depths.

He has improved the defense a lot, that’s for sure. But he’s not a good HC.
