Awesome player, but I don't think Poles would take him at #10 based on the negative background reports.

I think you might be right. The bears don’t typically draft players with any sort of character question marks…especially sexual allegations. That said, he was never arrested and there were never charges so man….i don’t know….hes one of the best players in the draft IMO

If Mike green played for OSU he’s a top 5 pick.

If he’s there at 10 he is the bpa

Brugler’s report says he may be maxed out at 250. I just don’t know if that weight is what they want.

And in today's era of running back by committee that's all you need. There is way to big of a risk grabbing an under sized RB and hoping he's the next Barry Sanders.

There’s almost no history over the last 25 years of first round RB’s leading the team that drafted them to a championship. It’s just a dumb play IMO. Agree completely

This type of thinking was why people didn’t want Verse last year at 9.

Who cares where the media has guys? If Poles thinks someone like Conerly is a 8-10 year starter at LT you run the pick up.
All of this is what I was going to say but you saved me the trouble.

Don’t think there’s any reason he can’t add 5 more pounds minimum, if not 8-10.

That said, if they want to pass on one of the best players in the draft because he’s not their preferred weight, they need their head checks. Dude is going to get you 10+ sacks more often than not. He’s also very strong for his size from the looks of things. If Leonard Floyd was able to set the edge, no reason green can’t.

Lot of guys here that I don’t know if they’re big enough for Allen.

Sawyer? 🤔

Might be a round 2 option
I would really like Sawyer in the 2nd. Unlike some guys who have great measurables but underwhelming production, his testing isn’t elite but he always produces.

He’s just a damn good football player. In the age of every little thing being timed, that is obviously by far the most important trait to have.

And Barkley was completely shutdown in the Super Bowl. The Eagles did it with Fangio and a wave of talent on defense.

It would be a dream if Jeanty falls to 10 and then someone wants to trade up for him. Build up the trenches around the skill players you have. Build a fucking pass rush that's been non existent since Fangio left.

This shit isn't rocket science especially when there's so much DL depth here.

Just reading his report. Take it up with Dane

I would gladly take him or JT.

If only it were possible, that'd be great. They don't have a 2nd and a 3rd isn't enough to move down that far. How much would they be willing to give to move up?

They are likely to pass on him because he has had multiple sexual assault allegations before he was of drinking age. I want the Bears to get more lax with their character concerns, but this isn't the place to start. That type of behavior doesn't usually get better with money and fame.

JT really finished the season strong and Sawyer is a football player no doubt. Sawyer would probably be a fan favorite here too.

I would prefer JT if I had to choose.
Yeah i think players like Sawyer are fan favorites no matter what team gets him. It seems like he's falling down boards some though.

Love JTT to and Landon Jackson is interesting.

All three fit the Dennis Allen mold for DE.
