Imagine claiming the combine has ‘timing’ issues when using a fucking electronic computer system
I think he's saying he's seen timing and measurement issues at pro days in the past.

From what I've seen manyweather is generally pretty well respected similarly to Brandon thorn as far as OL evaluations. Of course that doesn't mean they won't say stupid things too

Could we realistically come away with Grant, Conerly Jr and Princely in the first 2 rounds? And, if so, how would you guys feel about that?

I want an impact player at #10, somebody who is going to start right away. So I think that could be (assuming certain guys are gone):

Carter (trade up, can't believe he falls past #3)
Jeanty (Swift moves to RB2)
Warren (Kmet used as TE2)
Membou/Campbell/Banks (if they think Jones is still healing and/or NOT long-term solution)
DE would one start OVER Odey? IDK. Trade down? (Mykel/Shemar/Green)

Jones isn’t even healthy. He’s not demanding a trade. They need youth and competition at OT. Plus, Kiran hasn’t proven anything other than he wasn’t ready last season.

Draft one and let them compete. If Jones is afraid of competition, he’s not the guy!
This is exactly right. Right now, Jones is still limping around, can the Bears take the chance that he will be healthy enough for the start on training camp. I would say they will be forced to look at LT's first at 10.

I actually think he’ll go in the 2nd with that number. I think Harbaugh would cream his pants if he’s there in the late 2nd.
Depending on the team drafting Skattebo, I would say possibly a second-round pick. Any team looking for that pure power back. In that regard he would fit the Bears.

Mike green made him look bad on a drill. Just get Mike Green. He had numbers and is an athletic freak.
He did catch Conerly off balance on the rush but Mike Green won't make it to #39 either. Shyt Conerly has a better chance at still being on the board at #39 then Green does. I'm with you on getting Mike Green though, that's if he checks out on these character issues he had at Virginia.

And doing shit like this

You can find highlights of giant holes like that with any of the top RBs so not sure your point
Again just like in basketball all of the good talent has moved up to Power-4 conferences. The good players go elsewhere to get paid so the talent level Boise State faced was way worse than when it beat Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl.

NIL has changed the balance of power throughout college athletics. This is why ASU went from 3 wins to 11 wins in one year. You can go out and take the best players from small schools.

ASU just did the same thing by grabbing a 1100 yard rusher to replace Skattebo. Kanye Udoh left Army to play his final two years at ASU. Army gets weaker and ASU doesn't take as big of a loss. Army is equivalent to what Boise State faced, NIL transfer portal weakened schools. Jeanty feasted on them.

PSU DE Carter measurements … Penn State DE Abdul Carter did not work out at the Nittany Lions’ pro day today, but he did finally get measured after for some reason he didn’t do so at the combine. For the record, Carter measured in at 6-3, 250 and with 33″ arms. NFL teams might have hoped that he’d be a little bulkier, but 250 won’t be a deal breaker; nor will the 33-inch arms which aren’t huge, but again there within generally accepted parameters for an edge rusher. Carter also reportedly met with the Giants at the end of the pro day, the only team he reportedly did meet privately with other than Cleveland with whom he had dinner last night. Carter also indicated that he’ll only be making 4 on-site visits and only to the teams – Tennessee, Cleveland, the Giants and New England – that have the first 4 picks.

Meanwhile, speaking of the Giants, they were also literally all over Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart at his pro day there. The Giants were there with a large contingent led by GM Joe Schoen; in fact, Giants’ coaches also ran a number of the positional drills at the Ole Miss workout. The other team that appeared to be front and center along with the Giants at the Ole Miss pro day was New Orleans, which as previously reported also took Dart to dinner last evening. Indeed, there are growing whispers around the league that no one should be surprised if Dart makes it past the Saints at the 9th pick in next month’s opening round.

3 QB's in the first 9 picks would work.
Maybe Kahn goes full Pace and trades above the Saints.
