I think we all would, but that might be easier said than done.
Unlike last year, plenty of warts in the top prospects.

Even in a strong class, its difficult to find a good LT at 10, let alone this one.
Membou is a RT and s/b gone anyway. If teams feel Campbell is a LT, he will be gone too.
Everything I've read, seen, heard, rank and projections have Banks farther down and many guard projections - right or wrong.

IMO, Williams isn't worth the 10 pick for a variety of reasons, same for Stewart.
Pearce is 6-5, has the production and athletic traits to be worthy at 10, but does he fit the boy scout mode? He would be my choice.
Green is 6-3, great production last year but has even more character issues.

This is probably why there is so much RB talk, and as Jahns said, they have to perform their due diligence on CB to see if there is a shut down CB out there.

I doubt we will know what direction they go at 10 until they actually make their pick.
This right here is why taking a Jeanty or Warren at 10 isn’t that bad of an idea. The gap between the top talent and the next tier is huge, but, when in the next tier, there’s not much of a difference between the DE one could get in the second or at 10.

Going 2 TE with 4 viable pass catchers could force a 5 DB shell. Just run the ball all day. There’s a big picture here as far as the O goes. I want best talent available at 10. It is a top heavy draft, and if some knucklehead GM wants to take one of these mid QBs like Dart before 10, all the better for us.

Only the LT…

He’s confusing some of the details regarding the last SB and the Chiefs v Tampa Bay.

With Thuney at LT, Caliendo played LG.
Technically they weren’t even missing a LT. The prior LT was benched. Thuney was the starting LT for the majority of the year I believe

That’s true regarding the SB but Barkley and that offensive line carried them all season long.

If you have a strong offensive line paired with an elite RB, you can control most games. It’s disheartening for a defense to have a team run the ball down their throats. Plus, you control the clock. Everything is easier if you can run the football at a high level.

I like Jeanty, Hampton, and Judkins but I’m not sure any of them are elite. I certainly don’t want a RB at ten.

I want a LT or an edge.

Also, you need to go on the record with players you like at 10. No sniping after the fact…

Yeah and there's like three elite backs in the NFL. Saquon Barkley Derek Henry and Bijan Robinson. Jeanty isn't either one of those three. The entire scouting community is caught up in his production like they were with Ron Dayne.

Arizona State football running back star Cam Skattebo reportedly ran a 40-yard dash in the 4.53-4.57 range at his private workout Thursday in front of NFL scouts, per scouts in attendance.

Ran a 4.65

Slowest RB in the draft, just as we all expected. There is a reason he didnt run at the combine, because he knows he's slow as shit.

You seem to be the one caught up in only his production.
I don’t know what Jeanty will be in the NFL. You are the one saying he won’t be good.
I don’t think NFL teams are as dumb as any Bears fan.

More on Dart…

“Matt Miller, Field Yates and Jordan Reid of ESPN reported that the Ole Miss quarterback is likely to go in the first round due to his strong performances at the Senior Bowl and the NFL Scouting Combine.

"I think it's really likely Dart goes in Round 1. In my talks with scouts this past week, the expectation is that his predraft process has been too successful for him to get past the first 32 picks," Miller wrote.

Yates added that Dart could project as an immediate starter for some teams while others may view him as a developmental quarterback worthy of a first-round pick.

"My mindset remains that two of the first three picks are likely to be quarterbacks, with the Titans zeroed in on Ward and the Giants still needing a young signal-caller -- most likely Sanders," Yates wrote. "Dart could start right away with a team such as the Steelers (No. 21), and the Saints (No. 9) or Rams (No. 26) might view him as an eventual starter."

Reid added that Dart ranks ahead of Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders on some teams' draft boards and that his best fit would be with the Los Angeles Rams.

"I've heard he's actually the second-best QB on some teams' boards," Reid wrote. "That bodes well for his first-round potential. Pairing Dart with Rams coach Sean McVay and allowing him to sit and develop behind Matthew Stafford for multiple seasons in L.A. would be the best-case scenario for him."

This comes amid reports that Dart has spent "significant time" with both the New York Giants and Cleveland Browns. Cleveland holds the No. 2 pick and the No. 33 pick in the 2025 draft and New York holds the No. 3 and No. 34 pick.

Dart is rated as the 58th overall prospect and the fourth quarterback in the draft class by Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department. He threw for 4,279 yards with 29 touchdowns and just six interceptions in 2024 while leading Ole Miss to a 10-3 record.”

Yes, please! New Orleans would do just fine!

That's my guy but he played WR while at Syracuse so he'll be making the transition to TE and i don't see him becoming a good blocker so he'd be like a Gesicki type of TE. His dad had a pretty good playing career as a WR at a few different places.
He might be a good stash practice squad player. Is there currently a TE#3 on the roster? He’s nothing like Kmet or Smythe

I'm 100% down with taking a shot on him at TE especially if we're talking about a 6th or 7th round pick. This guy could be the next Darren Waller type.

I have decided not to be caught up in stats anymore. Jeanty has no elite traits and will be below average.

I now hope they take the immortal Skattebo at 39, who will lead the team to glory for many years.

In all seriousness, I hope they take Grant or Nolen at 10. OL and RB in round 2.

Lol I love how fair analysis of a player automatically becomes me saying he won't be good.

I never said he won't be good, but good is a very relative term.

What I've said and what I've been consistent about that you apparently are too fuckingstupid to follow is

ASHTON JEANTY IS NOT WORTHY OF THE 10TH PICK IN THE NFL DRAFT.

Ok fatty
Literally 95% of people here agree he’s not worth the 10th pick. Yet it’s you that does it like a little fat *****
Your “fair analysis “ of a player showing Jeanty running through a huge hole with no context. You’re an idiot

Right now, with Jones injury not completely healed I think it will be a LT at #1. Josh Conerly is getting a lot of ink and looks like he will rise into the first round. I don't think he is a top 10 pick though perhaps trade down to the middle of the 1st for him. My take on Conerly is he does everything well but still needs NFL strength.

Campbell at #10. Traded back into 1st for Green or Pearce. Punt on taking a RB in the 2nd, draft J Love next year for RB.
