Right now, with Jones injury not completely healed I think it will be a LT at #1. Josh Conerly is getting a lot of ink and looks like he will rise into the first round. I don't think he is a top 10 pick though perhaps trade down to the middle of the 1st for him. My take on Conerly is he does everything well but still needs NFL strength.

I agree OT is a big need. I just think it is a very poor draft for LT. I view Conerly as being similar to Braxton. He has a below-average anchor, and I’m not just basing that on that 1 rep against Green. Simmons has the best LT tape, but he is also coming off injury. I’m not high at all on Banks.

Even though it’s a deep DL draft, guys like Grant and Nolen would be game-wreckers.

I agree with this. I would love to see a LT at 10 but I just don’t think any of the ones available are going to be any better than Jones. Right now I’d take Grant at 10 and be happy about it.

No he didnt. He did even run at his pro day or combine. He ran a 4.65 at his private workout and thats from the athletics main draft expert.

guy is the slowest rb in this draft on tape, so its not shocking he's the slowest guy in the 40 too

I agree. It hurts a little as a huge fan of Boise State. I would love to root for Jeanty on Sundays but I just can’t get behind the idea.

Campbell at #10. Traded back into 1st for Green or Pearce. Punt on taking a RB in the 2nd, draft J Love next year for RB.

I’m cool with this even if we decided to grab a RB in the 3rd or 4th (trade into the 4th). There will be plenty of good guys this year.

How isn’t he an elite talent? He has great vision and sets up his blocks well…he has elite contact balance, he has some of the smoothest and quickest jump cuts you’ll see….hes a great blocker and very underrated as a receiver…physically he’s a specimen and has a rare blend of speed and power….he literally has it all….my guess is you just like being a contrarian because the talent is beyond obvious

pearce has the best first step in the draft IMO, yes even better than carter

he is a better run defender than people realize, freak athlete that hit 23MPH when returning an INT for a TD in a bowl game against iowa. he is really good with his hands, it has helped him keep massive tackles from locking him down despite his "undersize" at the position.

he needs to add some pass rush moves, but as it stands, he has a really nice counter move when tackles stop his speed rush to the outside using his hands to counter spin to the inside.

character concerns i never heard of this being an issue during his time in college and these rumors only started just after the season, before the draft. sounds sus to me. like, these accusations are coming from kids he went to high school with...why didnt these accusations come out before now is my question?

Well, they’ve obviously come out now so he will fall to the Chiefs.

Nfl scouts are complete morons. It shows every year in pre-draft scout reports. This year bech has been compared to kupp and Alec Pierce by scouts. Couldn't be 2 more different players.

It’s really hard to imagine someone with even a tiny bit of football knowledge not seeing the talent Jeanty has. I can understand not wanting the Bears to take him at 10. I’m in that crowd.
