I talked about him a lot before the Senior Bowl. I really liked him, but the drops he had were just so bad. He really didn’t look that great, and for his skill set, he needed to have much better hands. So, I cooled on him and moved on.

Don't see Burks dropping at all. Hell, fans seem to assume if any the top WR's drop to the second round they could be in play for the Bears. Fact is every team above the Bears in round two could use a WR. Sad to say I really don't see a WR of value dropping to the Bears at 39, odds are simply against it.

If Kenyon Green falls that far, Bears should sprint that pick up to the podium. He would carry a higher draft grade than any of the WR's left in the second round.
