Why would it need to be explained to them that 3 shots from the 40 is still significantly better odds than one shot from the 20?
Its like I know that I come here and pretend to be this football know it all. But in reality I’m aware that an NFL coach knows way more than me. We all sort of know that. But we watch a lot sports and we like to argue so we become armchair experts. But when that happens you really have to question just how smart these guys are. For sure, Mike Mcacrthy and Kellen Moore have forgotten more about football than I know. But even I know that is completely idiotic. AND THEY PRACTICE IT. So nobody at practice points out that if this situation we’re to come up the odds of them scoring go up greatly if they just throw up hail mary’s? This isnt just sort of known? Do they not understand odds? 3 shots is better than one. The only way that changes is if he can scramble to like the 12. And then they have a legit shot at the end zone. But one shot from the 20? You’re better off with three from the 40. And it’s not like you have to be a mathematician to understand this.

Ur up 2 scores with a great run game and defense playing great...yet they let a game manager act like he is great...wide open miss, int that caused u to lose 2 score lead. Run the ball simple. Ganexshould have never came down to what it did

Both of these 2v7 matchups were unwatchable. If the NFL cared, they would go back to a 6 seed playoff instead of 7. It's a vastly superior product.

But had the Chargers been the 7th, this would've likely been a great game.
Even when it was only 6 teams, stinker teams got in. Seattle one year and Washington last year(i think) were 7-9 teams no?
There's just a lot of mediocre teams this year.
