I am guessing people who praise Mike Tomlin's coaching and his success are taking into account more than this specific team, his worst.

Yeah, it’s not painfully obvious why his offense doesn’t work.it can’t be the over the hill qb everybody wants to retire two years ago.

and lol at acting as if it’s all about offense. It’s the Pittsburgh Steelers. They have a history of dominating with defense. (I know they’ve transitioned into more of an offensive team like the last 6 years. they still play d though. And have that hard nosed mentality. Very similar to Chicago. Pittsburgh couldn't be expected to show Ben the door after his entire career there. They had to bite the bullet and know he would suck this year, and then be gone.
