I just realized Brett admits to eating pork...
Just Boston lettuce for me if u r doing the simple route with ur mayo. I usually go mayo too but then started putting garlic salt on the tomato.Leaf? But I agree, the simplicity of the BLT is what makes it work. Personally, I prefer mayo to garlic aioli, but I ain't criticizing. Adding more ingredients turns it into a club.

Summation of the entire week in 1 post. Great week everyone, keep up the good work!As long as @brett05 doesn't reheat his mank blue steaks on high in a microwave for 30 minutes, all is fine.
That is why you have to have a BLEAT.Am I the only one here who thinks BLTs are overrated?
Avocado is nice...there is a diner not to far from my place that does it that way and they do list it on the menu as "BLAT" which is pretty fun to order as well.
"Let me get a BLAT toasted dark!"
As per my original post on page one a BLEAT is where its at.
that is correct. What does the "E" stand for? Egg? I know the rest of it.
that is correct.
What if it had stood for eggplant???Sounds damn good.
Depends on which member you are referring to, but some here seem to prefer ? over just about anything else on the planet. What if it had stood for eggplant???

Top 5 sandwich lists should be dynamic, not static.
I just had a BLT from a local deli. I gotta admit, I haven't done a full 180 on them, but at least a 75. It was good, haven't had one in a long time. I do not think they should be considered top 5, maybe on the fringe of top 10 tho.
