I have to agree here. A BLT is bread, preferably white and toasted, with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Sliced diagonally. And keep that vile Miracle Whip away.

The steak tomato is really good for eating with salt and pepper. I do like a good heirloom tomato as well. I like mine chilled a bit in the fridge before using.
