Sounds good! I only did over 51.5 in the Oregon game, which is looking good at the moment.

Enjoy!!
3rd leg is Clemson ML
4th leg is Oregon -3.5

Parlay of +1765 if it holds up

He’s playing LG for Penn State. The guy is kind of a stud. He’s been pounding Ducks all night.

Abdul Carter is a beast. Love his speed, power, and versatility…

SMU still deserves in. That was good enough for me to keep them ahead of three-loss Alabama.

You saw the strength of schedule difference, right? 75th vs 9th, or some shit. And bama being 3-1 against ranked teams and SMU now 0-2 against ranked teams

Yeah I don’t care. Alabama shouldn’t jump them on the back of that loss, it’s not appropriate. Had Bama beaten Oklahoma? Sure, I’d be more open but it would be a major screw-job to leave SMU out after that comeback.

Josh Conerly Jr. made himself some money tonight. He has the athleticism, foot speed, and length that teams will like having protect the blindside. He’ll for sure be a riser

Agree. SMU lost a close game in conference championship. **** Bama.

I would be shocked beyond belief if they went with SMU over Bama.

In the rankings, they are 8th and Alabama is 11th. Miami last week was 6th and lost on the road to a 9-3 Syracuse team that is ranked 22nd and they dropped all the way to 12th. The only difference here is this was the conference championship game.

But to your point, how does a win over Georgia offset 2 losses vs 6-6 teams (1 of them by 3 Touchdowns)? If we were comparing teams with equal losses, then yes, they should be in. But 3 losses vs 2 and not even in your conference championship game which would be another chance at losing a 4th game (a game they would be a TD underdog in).

Alabama PROBABLY would beat SMU on a neutral field. But they probably would beat them on a neutral field if they were 7-5. At some point, THE GAMES HAVE TO MATTER!!! Otherwise, why even have a regular season?

Yeah it's going to hard to figure out the last couple of playoff teams.

But it's Oregon's year. Only a great D can beat those guys.

Agree on what exactly? Cuz your response doesn’t seem to agree with what I stated

I’m on the side of Bama should get in over SMU due to bama playing a vastly more difficult schedule than SMU and also Bama being 3-1 against ranked teams and SMU being 0-2 vs ranked teams

In what world should SMU get in over Bama based on that resume??

Because Alabama lost to Vanderbilt and Oklahoma. That’s it. If this game against Clemson was existential to SMU’s playoffs hopes then what was Alabama’s loss to Oklahoma?

Was agreeing with @Montucky. Quoted your post by mistake.

Bama has 3 losses. SMU had 1 going into the conference championship.

No 3 loss team should make it unless they won their conference championship or worse case made the title game.

Committee has already said that they don’t want to penalize teams too much for playing in CCG’s. It’s not about if Bama can beat SMU(which is a coin flip to me, Bama simply isn’t that good), it’s about results. You can’t reward a team for losing 2 games to 2 shitty teams — and 1 of those being a recent embarrassing blowout.

After seeing what Clemson did to SMU, do you actually think SMU is the better team than Bama?

Look, I hate Bama more than both of you…but, the reality is Bama has the better resume despite 3 losses to SMU’s 2

Bama has shown the ability to beat top level teams, SMU has not. Which team is the one with the best chance of winning a game or two in the playoff? It’s Bama

This is about getting the best teams in the playoff and if that’s what you want is the best teams in it, then Bama is the choice over SMU

I actually fully understand the argument here. You want teams to play tough games and you want big, consequential regular season matchups. The problem specifically with Alabama is that they lost two games to kinda shit teams, one of which in a blowout. Nobody is punishing Alabama for playing a tough schedule, it’s the bad teams they lost to that got them.

The SEC should just schedule very fewer bigger matchups so it gets more teams in. This is a flawed Bama team for sure but it does have the talent to play with the better teams at times. SMU on the other hand has shown that it cannot play with the better teams.

As a Texas fan, they deserve all the criticism they've earned. They had every chance to win it and should have done so, but didn't.

I do think Sark had a point though: it seemed like the first half there were a lot of calls which went Georgia's way that wiped out Texas first downs or big plays. It's almost like the SEC was saying, "Oh no you don't. You don't get to join our conference and win it in your first year- that would somewhat invalidate all those years we claimed we were by far the best in the country."
