I wouldn't necessarily say people were smaller, rather that these two dudes are pretty damn big. Especially Prince. And Miggy has gotten pretty big himself. I remember in the 03 NLCS he was a scrawny little 20 year old.

I'm just fine with Prince leaving our division. I am rather surprised that Theo didn't go after him harder, but I am rather pleased we didn't spend a lot of money on just one player. 214 million is way too much, especially for the amount of years. We made that mistake with Soriano, hopefully never again! Go Cubs
