Am I the only one in thinking Erin is justified in wanting out? The packers fucked up badly with him.
I think Rodgers has a bit of a pouty attitude. It's not like he has been working with nothing. Randall Cobb, Jordy, Adams are pretty solid WRs. He's always seemed to have a decent OL and an average RB.

But hasn't Green Bay drafted like 5 DBs in the first round the last 6 years or something crazy like that?

Woah woah woah I'm straight as an arrow (a GOOD arrow, mind you) and I look like an authentic homeless all the time. Even now, despite having showered I have a scraggly big beard and my hair is too long and going in all directions.

what? he has one of the best offensive lines and play callers in football?

His line looks better than they are simply because of his ability to move the pocket. And no, they don't have a great playcaller. Aaron makes his line, his skill position players and his playcaller look better than they are.

How so? Aside from drafting his replacement without telling him, I don't really think the Packers did anything wrong
They wasted his career by refusing to be more aggressive in FA for a long time. They probably would have had another SB or two in the Fred Thompson era if they had spent more in FA. Personally I am glad they didn't.

I think this is a cumulative frustration rather than based solely on last year. How many times have the Pack drafted a first round WR for example?

I will never understand how bear fans are so literally obsessed with Aaron Rodgers and whomst he allegedly has sexual intercourse with in terms of what gender they might maybe perhaps be whether mail or female when as a society we should literally care nothing about that as it is a personnel decision and literally none of your business it just seems ignorant and to be completely honest backwards-assed mentality to make these degrading remarks just because you think he has sex with people whomst you wouldn't personally have sex with and if something like that matters to you I just think that is repugnant and sad to feel empowered to expose all of the hate in your hearts over butt or mouth sex with someone of the same sex or gender as that of yourselves.

Shame on you, grow up, be better.

every great QB makes everybody look better than they are. that’s not news or out of the ordinary.

his line is more than adequate and he had the #1 offense in football. he can whine all he wants, he’s pissy they aren’t winning “his way”.

Jennings, Nelson, Cobb et al all sucked after they left Green Bay and Aaron Rodgers not throwing to them.

Let's say you're the GM of the Packers. You have Rodgers, Adams, and Jones on the offensive side, and a decent oline...why would you keep adding pieces on offense? I'd add pieces on defense. The offense hasn't been the problem in Green Bay. The defense has been the main issue. Not many teams have a probowl QB, a probowl WR, and a probowl RB. I understand his frustration when there are injuries and he has to play with a bunch of noname receivers, but Manning turned noname receivers into household names his whole career, and I think Rodgers is better than Manning. So I would spend more on the defense too

Reggie Wayne, Marvin Harrison, Anthony Gonzalez and Dallas Clark were all first rounders.

I agree the D has been the bigger problem overall but his WR core has been made up of lower round guys. It is no coincidence that Adams, Jennings, Nelson were all 2nd rounders. I can only imagine what could have been if they had made the effort to stock the WR core with actual first rounders. Outside of Adams, they have a bunch of Anthony Millers on their team at WR.

Because you have to give one of the best QBs in the sport more weapons to throw too. All he has is Adams as a WR. Mediocre TE and other Wrs. Sure Jones is good (not great) but he’s not going to be putting up #2 receiver stats.

Manning had Reggie Wayne, Marvin Harrison and Dallas Clark when he won with the Colts and Emanuel Sanders/Demaryious Thomas with the Broncos. Those aren’t no name pass catchers.

Look at the pass catchers the Chiefs had two years ago. Look who the Bucs had last year. Notice a trend? They all have more than one playmaker who can catch the ball.

I agree with everything you said except the part about Rodgers being better than Manning. Unless you’re talking Eli lol

more than most QB’s get. And let’s not pretend that’s all he has. He also has a pretty damn good TE currently
I mentioned in another post he’s got a mediocre TE. Who have the last two super bowl winning QBs had to throw to? A lot more than what Rodgers has.
