I keep forgetting those two are technically African American. Reminds me of a story when my brother told us he was inviting his African gf to house for the holidays, and then a white girl showed up and we were confused. She was born in Zambia to white South African parents.

Again you are missing the point. We are not talking about a single incident. We are now talking about questionable comments about Asians, Mexicans, and black people. Further there is no evidence she knew anyone was Mexican. She referred yo people as a fat Mexican or Mexican Monkey because they took issue with her comments.

No one is upset. Nor am I saying she is a racist. I am saying comments are racist and I laugh at how white people love to say racist shit then pretend it isnt racist.

I make racist comments and jokes from time to time. Just own it and stop lying. You can't call someone a Mexican monkey and then claim the statement is not racist.
