I don't really drink much anymore, actually I don't drink at all anymore and I'm close to 22. Literally, I've maybe been drunk twice in the past 6 months -- and that will probably diminish over the years even further. I hope I don't ever have to experience a two-day hangover, probably won't unless its someones bachelor party or something. With that said, Kane isn't old either. Probably no two day hangovers for a 22 year old.



Either way, all these Kane "incidents" really are just non-stories. Who cares if someone snaps a picture of him at a bar, or in a limo... I mean really? Don't these people have something better to do?

Had one of those in highschool on Southern Comfort. Have NEVER touched it again. Even if I get the smell to this day I'm naucious. Was sick for three days....... Had a party while my Dad was out of town. I was so sick he chose not to kick my ass. The Sickness was punishment enough. Other than fixing the door I knocked off the hinges.

Meh. it is what it is. Kane makes himself a target. He's talented, has a big contract and a streak of cockiness and arrogance. Which honestly I could care less about. His only problem is that he's a superstar on this team that doesn't act like the Golden Boy. Everyone just wishes he'd act like Toews. If he had exactly the same number but had the reputation of Toews no one would ever think twice about getting rid of him. Let him do what he wants as long as he's producing. He is the hawks version of someone to hate, much like JR was, I'd say he's probably a crosby type person for the hawks. Someone we all know is extremely talented but other teams fans and just can't like them. (Even though I know NHL wide he's very popular, look at the jersey sales.)

Hell..look at the 1998 Men's Olympic team. That whole team partied balls that year and was made up of quite a bit of "Captains" or "well respected" players. I'd take anyone of them on my team any day of the week back when they were in their early 20's. Now I know...I know...they didnt win shit in the tourney. Neither did Canada. But damn near every player on that team could be HOF material, were leaders on their respective teams, or Cup winners. Hockey players party. Nope your dead on. He was saying it was his Trophy. And easily could have been legitimately.



Con Smyth could have gone to at least 4-5 players on the Hawks. JT, Kane, Buff, Sharp and or Niemi. Hands down.
