Would that be the "**** everything" stage in life? Can I fast forward to that part?
Do you guys have limited providers out there? Competition is what drives pricing down.

It's hard to compete with the Big 3 when it comes to the spectrum auctions. Even Verizon changed its mind on a foray into the Canadian market.
And **** Telus. One of the most cynical companies I have ever had the misfortune to do business with.
Well, let me just rip off my dick for saying anythingI expected this reply. And I don't deny any of this. Nowhere in my post did I state life in general was better without a smart phone. It's a wash for me, and I don't miss it at this point in my life.

I had Sprint for about a million years, the last couple of which I was paying a $10/month "smart phone" fee even though they never got around to installing a 4G network in my state or even saying when they planned to. Even when I traveled to major cities I had trouble getting a signal. So I switched to Verizon. They are as evil as a large corporation can get, and they are not cheap, but you know what? I always have a good signal now, even in remote areas where other people don't seem to have service. That's a nice feeling when I'm stuck in an airport where the wifi isn't free.
Rask, here's your chance. Play it cool.
