So 2021 season is a complete waste. They will try to piece together a team to get another contract instead of a rebuild, which is needed for long term growth.

Not just that, but these are the only possible outcomes:

1) Pace /Nagy likely fail again in 2021 and are fired.

2) They happen to catch lightning in a bottle and are extended.

Neither of those are long term solutions for the franchise. Should have just started the reset now if winning consistently is really the goal.

I understand rooting for tanking is a very touchy subject for many fans, but I think that's the only thing to really root for at this point for 2021, especially looking at their opponents. That, and maybe lucking into a quarterback.
