If you win, the lump sum take home is around $560 million. After taxes, that's around $280 million I believe. That's a pretty insane cut considering the ticket is at $800 mil as of last night. That begs the question; Do you take the lump sump, or the annual payment?

I'd worry about them not being able to pay out the whole amount at some point. Or being dead.

Imagine the Lottery going "Declared bankruptcy, LOL"

Didn't the Illinois lottery do something similar recently? Like they couldn't pay out all the lottery winners, so they had to agree to pay them later.
