I also got hosed by Progressive, dumped their asses and went back to SF. There's always someone who wants to bait you with a low introductory rate so if they try to jack me I'm just gonna keep switching companies.

fuckin insurance companies I stg deer runs out in front of me and fuckin blows drivers side fender up then a month later my dumbass got a speeding ticket now the fucks have doubled our deductible and added 150 to my monthly payment lets pay no mind to the fact for 5 years we have never had a claim or a ticket.....nope they just **** ya over non stop its fuckin insane. worst part is u wanna drive u have to pay some of the crooked fucks

Unless they are actively lowering your rates or deductible year after year, there is really no reason to stay loyal to any insurance company.
My wife and I had Liberty Mutual for a long time. They actually lowered our rates once because we hadn’t had an “at fault” claim for some amount of years. The only claims I had were either someone else being at fault or a deer running out in front of me. Then a few yeras later they suddenly started raising our rates on our house insurance even though we’d never made a claim on that.
They said it was because the repair costs (lumber, materials, labor costs, etc…) kept increasing. So we switched to SF and cut our costs almost in half.
It’s totally worth it to call around every few years or so to make sure you’re getting the best rates.
