I like this idea a lot. For instance I started a House of the Dragon thread in the Bar. There is a poster in that thread who is a giant POS and I’d prefer he not ruin my thread which he will inevitably do because he is a POS conspiracy theorist nut hugger and I don’t want to read his super edgy thoughts on deep state globalist dragons.

If the creator of the thread wants to perma-ban a certain poster from that thread I think the OP should be able to send a mod a DM or a report and get that poster booted.

I did ask you HHM. I asked you and it continued. It was virtually impossible for people to weed thru 4 year old threads to see any news and have a convo. I guess I should be satisfied with your explanation about MOJO. All those threads were necroSpammed b4 Smith returned to practice.

Why not just own up to the idea that you were infatuated with your POWER last weekend and felt a little childish and then participated andd allowed PAGE 1 to be thoroughly spammed by Smith NecroThreads ?? Own it I can understand human fraility

I'm confused by this, so hopefully you can clarify: are you suggesting that because you asked @HeHateMe should have ceased? Rather than ask him, when frankly you have no authority to do anything, why not go to a moderator and have them handle things?

Firstly, those were not "necrospammed" and I don't even know what that is. Those threads were specifically selected to be bumped, in an effort to remind both Bears fans AND Roquan Smith that we've been here before. Meaning, contract negotiations, holdouts, weight gain, etc. And it all turned out just fine the first time.

Secondly, LOW AND BEHOLD, the strategy WORKED. After my efforts, aided by others who weren't even aware of what I was actually trying to accomplish, IT WAS ACCOMPLISHED. I can see you being mad that your mouse didn't allow you to find certain threads you were looking for, or that you don't know how to use the search feature, and that these older threads being "in the way" for you was an inconvenience that didn't deliver any real value, but ROQUAN is BACK. If you don't find value in that, I don't know what to tell ya.

I'd also like to add in the dozen or so obvious shitposting alt accounts like Vick Ashley, Bob Evans, menacemanic etc. (I know these names because HeHateMe uses them to blow up my inbox periodically) which intentionally wreck threads with incomprehensible babble.

I'll be honest. To the lads complaining about one set of posters, I wouldn't bother. Put them on ignore and move on.

If I had done such a thing back in 2014 when it was suggested to me by then site Mods. I'd have had a much nicer time and wouldn't have pissed off the normal folk who just wanted to talk football.

Read what Nvan has written, acknowledge, file it and move on.
