Lanthimos's films are quite bad. The Lobster was unwatchable.

I really enjoyed it though I felt the opposition was shown in a flattering light too easily. Also wish there was more Newsboys in it. Overall, very satisfied they completed the cliffhanger from 2.

It's worth a watch. Don't get me wrong. It wasn't a bad film at all, but just so f'd up... I'm definitely going to check out his other films.

It loses some steam towards the end but I really liked The Lobster, can't wait for The Favourite.

What was it about The Lobster that you really liked? I thought it was an interesting premise, but was poorly written, casted, and directed. I wanted to like this movie, but had to turn it off after an hour or so.

Saw Searching tonight. I liked it. Some good twists and turns. That was my first time seeing a movie in that style. This is one I’d recommend.

The Nun isn’t terrible, but definitely not a good movie. Weak story, weak characters and I wasn’t a fan of how some of the scenes were shot. Annabelle Creation was much better. Hopefully the next conjuring entry, Annabelle 3, is better.
