My favorite teams
No, see, unlike you, I actually use evidence to back my arguments up with.
You use Range Factor to back up arguments, lol

So I was just thinking that in 2010, Sandberg took essentially the same group of Iowa Cubs (with Sam Fuld) and got them almost to the AAA playoffs. Then in 2011, he left and that core of Iowa Cubs sucked. Having moved to the IronPigs, and without knowing all that much about the Phillies' system, he got them all the way to that league's championship game before ultimately losing. He may not be experienced per se, and he might not translate this to the majors, but it's hard to argue that he doesn't know how to motivate people and win ball games.
I agree. If/when he takes over the Cubs, I think he'll have a great career. He seems to relate to the players very well and get them to perform to the best of their ability. I think he'll be a great manager.

Never said range factor was good. But it's not like you bring up anything to refute it.
He'll do some weird old-school shit like crazy bunts and IBBs, but overall he just seems to have succeeded wherever he went. It's not like the Cubs had the best of prospects either, and again I don't know about Phillies, but I don't think he's done anything to suggest he would suck as a manager...other than perhaps an ego problem that he can actually back up.
The Phillies have a pretty good farm system from everything I've seen. Still impressed with the results he's had in AAA.
I read through the grapevine that because of the Halladay trade they tapped out the system a bit, plus their up-and-comers aren't really all that up-and-coming. But they did produce just about everyone on the big-league team in-house so that's pretty good. It's been a while since I looked at the IronPigs roster but the only one I recognized was Domonic Brown and it seems like he has his issues upon getting to MLB. I guess whenever you have a minor league squad, even the AAA variety, it's always going to be imperfect and what Sandberg has done with what he's given has been good.
Searching Google for the Cubs manager might actually be something Theo would do
oh, i'm sorry, what do you have that is better than range factor?
You gotta click the link. Google is trippin' balls.
uzr/150, uzr, rzr, ...
According to dewey, that wasn't good enough, which is why I used range factor. However, all those stats make my point for me, that Soriano isn't a terrible defender.
I have a better idea for the Cubs manager...

If Soriano is a good defender, why does he consistently get replaced in late inning situations
