Actually went to this game thanks to a generous friend, sat right behind the Hawks net 6th row. Saw the hit the whole way, there is just absolutely no reason to take that hit. As a D-man Seabrook is flipping that puck out of the zone 9 times out of 10, he was separated from the boards with his back to Bourque.
Also didn't like the response from the Hawks at all, we continues to get run all game and finally Bickell goes after someone. Liked Mayers hitting but otherwise we just seemed soft. In my end Kruger was getting "the business" with 5 Flames around him and no one even skated over. Sharp, Hossa, Keith and not sure who else on the ice, but there is no reason for them to not jump in there, they are more than capable of helping Kruger.
And RK, was that a blatant dive by Jackman in front of our net, all I could make out was him throwing his hands in the air like Willum Dafoe in Platoon.......if it was the case, cue the music for that LOSER.

I don't recall the specific incident, but this was not Borque's first cheap shot against his former teammates. I seem to remeber a scuffle/dust up last season.

Thanks for the info...haven't seen any updates on Seabs---Total agreement on Bourque being a POS--saw that guy be a dick to kids back when they used to practice at the Edge--since then always hated him (and the fact he sucks balls while here)

If there was as doubt as to his intent, all you have to do is look at how Bourque went out of his way to lay on Seabs with all his weight after the hit. Douchebag move.
And WHY THE **** is his picture still above the escallator on the way to the 300 level at the UC?? Might as well put Wiz of there too.
