Point taken but it is not 2007 and 2008 right now.
For that matter it is not 2012 either.
Don't get me wrong...Much love to Sori. He is getting past his prime though.
But
He has gotten his SLG up to .506 last month. An improvement.
But from what I saw from the both of them is both tend to be streaky hitters.
Rizzo is maturing
Sori is in the decline.
They have been the same to be honest at this point in their careers.
We can not get a legit judgment on Rizzo at this point. He really has not established himself as a proven ML slugger to this point. Call me after he has a 30 HR season and is on his second.
Sori is on the down turn. He may have another spurt left in him but not expecting any 10 HR months any more...I'd be happy with a 5 HR month at this point.
