I actually love the move. The White Sox need to be completely revamped, and Ventura being named manager is a huge step in that direction.

Now we need to sign my favorite player of all time Frank Thomas as hitting coach, and then we'll really be rolling. If anybody can teach Dunn how to it, it's The Big Hurt.

I think Viciedo would be the player who most benefits from Frank Thomas's tutelage.

I believe they are very similar players at the plate.

On Ventura.. I think its interesting choice.. Most of us thought they would go with a former Sox player.. Idk if it'll work but its sure smarter than putting more pressure on Paulie.. KW really should have never thought of that.. but since he did.. keep the trap zipped about it.
