i think you have to realize that rondo is young and very fast. Rather than how many pg's are poor at being a defender, i'd like to ask how many people could contain rondo.
Besides devin harris and a few other guard, i dont see many people being able to contain rondo. He's fast. i'll give him that.


steve nash. jason kidd. andre mille i think kirk would be absolutely terrible at guarding rondo. rondo would just buzz right by him. There are other less athletic guards that i could think of that wouldn't be able to guard rondo very well.

You have to realize that the help defense stinks on the bulls. Yeah rose is a bad defender, but he's a rookie. However the terrible help defense accentuates this point. It's not just rondo that can penetrate the paint with the bulls, alot of gaurds can. I think you need to count that in as well...

i actually do wish we did! imagine a rose, gordon, salmons, noah, lopez starting lineup. Err.. we'd bring miller and hinrich off the bench. it'd be awesome!
