Too early.

He might have another decent game this week because the Jags are the worst pass D in the league. His best game - against the Colts - they're bottom 5 too.

Minnesota, Detroit, GB - all bottom 10 pass defenses. We'll see as the season goes on & see how he does against bad pass-Ds. The Bears play against a lot of them this year.
Where are all these top pass defenses he should be worried about? You can say what want, but if you watch the all 22, the guy is getting open on a regular basis. He can’t throw the ball to himself and I know he realizes that Caleb has to feed DJ and Kmet first.

I like TEs that can block. Otherwise they are just bargain bin WRs.

If we didn't have DJ Moore and Keenan Allen, I think you'd see us targeting Rome a whole lot more just like the Cards are targeting Harrison and Giants are targeting Nabers.

Chances are the issues will be related to the OL not protecting for the QB versus Rome not getting separation.

I was one that talked about Rome not getting separation. I am very happy I am wrong. He is legit.
Honestly, didn't he get poor separation in college? He was just amazing at contested catches? Maybe I'm misremembering, but I'd not judge someone for thinking he was poor at it if he hadn't shown he wasn't.

The thing is we know Rome has speed, so there could be room to improve with scheme and coaching. I didn't really have an expectation, but I'm seeing that there has been a lot of opportunities missed (not his fault) and that would mean he'd have considerably more hype right now if those passes were made. Definitely something to be hopeful/excited about.

, penis jr just lofted up floaters so you saw jumpballs a lot on his highlights.

Rome is a major reason penis went from being a day 3 prospect to a top 10 pick. He'd just lob shit up and rome would come down with it lol.

I have a feeling that Rome is going to explode after the Bye, when Caleb and Waldron have that extra week to REALLY dive into the film and reassess the offense. Caleb needs to glance Rome’s way more, because 2 weeks in a row, he missed seeing Rome breaking free and deep for TDs.

Also there was that PI on Horn in the Endzone that Rome drew last Sunday. Rome absolutely cooked Horn on that one.

Jameson Williams the bust #1 Ilove it
If he got injured and missed the rest of the season his numbers in 3 years would qualify him as a bust.

He has severely underperformed his draft status his first 2 years. This year he is finally putting it together but still far from putting the bust label behind him. He needs 2 solid years of high end No 2 production.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that was just a grouping around 30-40th.

Williams with under 700 yards and 5 TDs total in his 3rd season...so still kind of a bust.

In college a lot of it was Penix's inconsistent accuracy.

700 yards and 5 TD's in 4 games is not to bad for WR2
